Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP in the design studio. Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. We review artwork before production.

What does the preview show?

The preview helps you plan your wording and placement. Product colours, dimensions and engraving appearance can differ from a screen preview.

How do pack quantities work?

Products sold in packs show the number of favors in the selected option. Your bag quantity counts packs for those products and individual items for products sold singly. The bag also shows the total number of favors.

When will my order arrive?

Timing depends on product availability, quantity, artwork approval and destination. Contact us before placing an order for a fixed event date.
